After their featuring on Kyle Hall’s Boat Party EP, the Bologna based duo Nas1 join the Bosconi Family with a lush six tracks vinyl strongly influenced by contemporary detroit house. A side starts with the chuggin and moody beat of “Black Coffee”, then continues with the stomping and sexy midtempo of “I Don’t Mind” and ends with the more mysterious, electro boogie raw jam of “Dallas Vertical Roll”. On the flip we find the slapped roadhouse blues of MadTurkey followed by the twisted Gifted & Blessed’s re-interpretation of “I Don’t Mind“. The EP ends with the melancholic and soulful textures of the shuffle groover “Hoarse Presence”. Tasty!
